SECURE HANDLING OF UCF DATA. The University requires Contractors and other third parties to review, accept, and integrate secure data handling requirements as part of any contract, agreement, or Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) that involves the storage, transmission, processing, or collection of UCF data, or access to UCF data, by the Contractor. Additional agreements may be required depending on the data involved. This Agreement is intended to ensure that UCF’s security and compliance requirements are outlined and followed by the Contractor.
