Secured Party Access. Permit the Agent, by the Agent's representatives and agents, to enter any premises where all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, are located, to take possession of all or any part of the Collateral and to remove all or any part of the Collateral.

Permit the Administrative Agent, by the Administrative Agent’s representatives and agents, to enter, occupy and use any premises where all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, are located, to take possession of all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, to remove all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, and to conduct sales of the Collateral, without any obligation to pay the Grantor for such use and occupancy.

Permit the Collateral Agent, to the extent such Grantor has the authority to do so, by the Collateral Agent’s representatives and agents, to enter any premises where all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, are located, to take possession of all or any part of the Collateral and to remove all or any part of the Collateral.

Permit the Notes Collateral Agent, by the Notes Collateral Agent’s representatives and agents, to enter, occupy and use any premises where all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, are located, to take possession of all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, to remove all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, and to conduct sales of the Collateral, without any obligation to pay the Grantor for such use and occupancy.
Secured Party Access. Permit the Collateral Agent, by the Collateral Agent’s representatives and agents, to enter any premises where all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, are located, to immediately take possession of the Collateral or any part thereof, from any Grantor or any other person who then has possession of any part thereof with or without notice or process of law, remove such Collateral, remain present at such premises to receive copies of all communications and remittances relating to the Collateral and use in connection with such removal and possession any and all services, supplies, aids and other facilities of any Grantor.
Secured Party Access. Permit the Collateral Agent, by the Collateral Agent’s representatives and agents, to enter, occupy and use any premises owned or, to the extent lawful and permitted, leased by any of the Pledgors where all or any part of the Collateral is located, to take possession of all or any part of the Collateral, to remove all or any part of the Collateral, and to conduct sales of the Collateral, without any obligation to pay the Pledgor for such use and occupancy; provided that the Collateral Agent shall provide the applicable Pledgor with notice thereof prior to such occupancy or use.
Secured Party Access. (i) Permit the Secured Party, by the Secured Party’s representatives and agents, to enter any premises where all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, are located, to take possession of all or any part of the Collateral and to render the Collateral unusable or remove the Collateral therefrom to the premises of the Secured Party or any agent thereof, for such time as the Secured Party may desire, in order effectively to collect or liquidate the Collateral.
(ii) Provide the Secured Party with access to the Grantor’s data processing equipment, computer hardware and software relating to the Collateral and permit the Secured Party to use all of the foregoing and the information contained therein in any manner the Secured Party deems appropriate.

Permit the Administrative Agent, by the Administrative Agent’s representatives and agents, to enter, occupy and use any premises where all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, are located, to take possession of all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, to remove all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, and to conduct sales of the Collateral, without any obligation to pay the Grantor for such use and occupancy; provided that the Administrative Agent shall provide the applicable Grantor with reasonable notice thereof prior to such occupancy.
Secured Party Access. Upon written demand by Secured Party to Landlord, or in the event Landlord succeeds to the interest of Lessee in the Premises, whether by default or termination of any relevant mortgage, lease, indenture, agreement, contract, encumbrance or otherwise, Secured Party shall be allowed to enter the Premises for such reasonable periods of time, no to exceed 45 days following such demand, as are required for the purpose of preserving, collecting or liquidating its security interests and such other purposes as are reasonably incident to such procedures and shall be allowed to remove all or part of the Collateral from the Premises and/or store all or part of the Collateral on the Premises during such period of time, without further obligation or liability to Lessee or Landlord.
Secured Party Access. Permit the Agent, by the Agent's representatives and agents, to enter and remain on any premises where all or any part of the books and records relating thereto, or both, are located, to take possession of all or any part of the Collateral or such books and records and to remove all or any part of the Collateral or such books and records.
