Common use of Security Access Clause in Contracts

Security Access. Access to secure, confidential areas of business for the City of Salem may require employees to participate in specialized training and/or pass a fingerprint check per state compliance requirements. If a Union representative will need access to secure, confidential areas for work-related purposes, the representative will have to submit and pass the same security process requirements as all other persons permitted in the secured area or be escorted at all times by authorized personnel.
