Common use of Security Agent instructions Clause in Contracts

Security Agent instructions. For the purposes of Clause 9.1 (Distributions), Clause 9.4 (Filing of claims) and Clause 9.5 (Further assurance – Insolvency Event) the Security Agent shall act on the instructions of the Instructing Group.

Security Agent instructions. For the purposes of Clause 9.1 9.2 (Distributions), ) and Clause 9.4 9.5 (Filing of claims) and Clause 9.5 (Further assurance – Insolvency Event) the Security Agent shall act act: a) on the instructions of the Instructing Group; or b) in the absence of any such instructions, as the Security Agent sees fit.

Security Agent instructions. For the purposes of Clause 9.1 7.2 (Distributions), Clause 9.4 7.5 (Filing of claims) and Clause 9.5 7.6 (Further assurance – Insolvency Event) the Security Agent shall act on the instructions of the Instructing GroupMajority External Creditors or, in the absence of any such instructions, as the Security Agent sees fit.
