Common use of Security Agent instructions Clause in Contracts

Security Agent instructions. For the purposes of Clause ‎‎8.5 (Filing of claims) and Clause ‎‎8.6 (Creditors’ actions), the Security Agent shall act: (a) on the instructions of the Instructing Group; or (b) in the absence of any such instructions, subject to the terms and conditions of the Pledge Permit, the Communications Law and the Communications Order, as appropriate in accordance with its powers and duties under this Agreement and on the advice of counsel where appropriate.

Security Agent instructions. For the purposes of Clause ‎‎8.5 9.5 (Filing of claims) and Clause ‎‎8.6 9.6 (Creditors’ actions), ) the Security Agent shall actAgent: (a) shall act on the instructions of the Instructing Group; or (b) may act (but for the avoidance of doubt will not be obliged to act) in the absence of any such instructions, subject to as the terms and conditions of the Pledge Permit, the Communications Law and the Communications Order, as appropriate in accordance with its powers and duties under this Agreement and on the advice of counsel where appropriateSecurity Agent sees fit.
