Security and Alarm Operations and Costs. The security and fire alarm system must be in operation when Lessee is not occupying the Premises. The cost for maintenance, operation and maintaining of security and fire alarm system shall be prorated based on square footage occupied by the Lessee. This prorated cost for maintenance and operation of the security and fire alarm system shall be the responsibility of the Lessee.
