Common use of Security Awareness Training and Confidentiality Agreements Clause in Contracts

Security Awareness Training and Confidentiality Agreements. (1) CONTRACTOR certifies that all of its employees who will have access to the personal information have completed training on security awareness topics relating to protecting personal information. (2) CONTRACTOR certifies that confidentiality agreements have been signed by all of its employees who will have access to the personal information acknowledging that: (A) The personal information collected, used, or maintained by the CONTRACTOR will be treated as confidential; (B) Access to the personal information will be allowed only as necessary to perform the Contract; and (C) Use of the personal information will be restricted to uses consistent with the services subject to this Contract.
