Security Awareness. Tenant and Occupant acknowledge that security systems are subject to failure from malfunction, tampering, power outages, human error or other causes, and agree that they shall not rely on such systems as protection against crime, injury or damage. Landlord specifically disclaims any express or implied warranty of any security systems provided by Landlord. Xxxxxx and Occupant acknowledge that he or she is responsible for his or her own personal safety and agrees to take appropriate safety measures to protect him or herself.
