Common use of Security confirmation Clause in Contracts

Security confirmation. On the Effective Date, each Obligor confirms that: (a) any Security created by it under the Finance Documents extends to the obligations of the Obligors under the Finance Documents as amended and supplemented by this Deed; (b) the obligations of the relevant Obligors under the Amended Facility Agreement are included in the Secured Liabilities (as defined in the Security Documents to which it is a party); and (c) the Security created under the Finance Documents continues in full force and effect on the terms of the respective Finance Documents.

Security confirmation. On the Effective Date, each Transaction Obligor confirms that: : (ai) any Security created by it under the Finance Documents extends to the obligations of the Obligors Borrowers under the Amended Facility Agreement and the other Finance Documents as amended and supplemented by this Deed; Documents; 5 (bii) the obligations of the relevant Obligors Borrowers under the Amended Facility Agreement are included in the Secured Liabilities (as defined in the Security Finance Documents to which it is a party); and (c) the Security created under the Finance Documents continues in full force and effect on the terms of the respective Finance Documents.;

Security confirmation. On the Effective Date, each Obligor confirms that: (a) any Security created by it under the Finance Documents extends to the obligations of the relevant Obligors under the Finance Documents as amended and supplemented restated by this DeedAgreement; (b) the obligations of the relevant Obligors under the Amended and Restated Facility Agreement are included in the Secured Liabilities (as defined in the Security Documents to which it is a party); and (c) the Security created under the Finance Documents continues in full force and effect on the terms of the respective Finance Documents.

Security confirmation. On As at the Effective Date, each Obligor in its capacity as a Security Party confirms that: (a) any Security created by it under the Finance Documents extends to the obligations of the Obligors Security Parties under the Finance Documents as amended and supplemented restated by this DeedAgreement; (b) the obligations of the relevant Obligors Security Parties under the Amended and Restated Facility Agreement are included in the Secured Liabilities as Indebtedness (as defined in the Security Documents to which it is a party); and (c) the Security created under the Finance Documents continues in full force and effect on the terms of the respective Finance Documents.
