Security Deposit Information. Upon the Lender’s request, an accounting of all security deposits held in connection with any Lease of any part of any Mortgaged Property, including the name and identification number of the accounts in which such security deposits are held, the name and address of the financial institutions in which such security deposits are held and the name and telephone number of the person to contact at such financial institution, along with any authority or release necessary for the Lender to access information regarding such accounts.

Within thirty (30) days of Servicer's or Fannxx Xxx's written request, which so long as no Event of Default or Potential Event of Default has occurred and is continuing shall be made not more frequently than two (2) times in any twelve month period, an accounting of all security deposits held in connection with any lease of any part of any Property, including the name and identification number of the accounts in which such security deposits are held, the name and address of the financial institutions in which such security deposits are held and the name of the person to contact at such financial institution, along with any authority or release reasonably necessary for Servicer or Fannxx Xxx to access information regarding such accounts.

Within forty five (45) days after each Calendar Quarter, and at any other time upon Lender’s request, a listing of all security deposits held in connection with any Lease of any part of any Mortgaged Property, including the name and identification number of the accounts in which such security deposits are held, the name and address of the financial institutions in which such security deposits are held and the name and telephone number of the person to contact at such financial institution, along with any authority or release necessary for Lender to access information regarding such accounts;
