Common use of Security Escort Clause in Contracts

Security Escort. A security escort will be required whenever Satcom or its approved agent desires access to the entrance manhole or must traverse a restricted area within BellSouth’s central office. Rates for a BellSouth security escort are assessed in one-half (1/2) hour increments according to the schedule appended hereto as Exhibit A.

Security Escort. A security escort will be required whenever Satcom Interconnector or its approved agent desires access to the entrance manhole or must traverse a restricted area within BellSouth’s central office.
