Security Clearances. A. The General Contractor is to supply the Court with names, dates of birth, and social security numbers of all employees who will be on site. This information must be submitted one (1) week prior to access to the site. The Court has final word on who will or who will not be allowed on the project premises.

Security Clearances. The General Contractor is to supply the Department of Corrections with full names, dates of birth, and social security numbers of all employees who will be on site. This information must be submitted a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to access to the site. The Department of Corrections has final word on who will be permitted access to the site. A form for this purpose is attached for your use.
Security Clearances. Where work is required within a specially secured controlled access environment, work shall be performed by personnel who have passed a security screening.
Security Clearances. Contractor shall comply with the following requirements pertaining to security clearances. (a) All personnel performing work under the Contract on the Project site must obtain an Enter on Duty (EOD) determination before they will be granted access to the site. (b) To obtain an EOD determination, Contractor shall submit for all such personnel fingerprints on Form SF87 and a completed Contractor Information Worksheet (CIW). Detailed information is available at GSA Access Card . USAccess Credentialing Centers can be located at US Access Centers . (c) In addition, all such personnel who will be on site 6 months or longer must apply for and receive clearance in accordance with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD- 12). See Section IV, Contract Clauses, GSAR 552.204-9.

Aggravated Assault d. Escape from Custody These need to be new convictions. Furlough violations, technical parole violations or probation violations do not factor in.
Security Clearances. The minimum level of security clearance under the Basic Contract is a Top Secret Facility Clearance with no security clearance requirement for Safeguarding; however, individual Orders may require security clearances that exceed the minimum clearance levels under the Basic Contract. Only those Offerors that meet the required security clearance levels on individual Orders shall be eligible to compete under Fair Opportunity. When classified work is required on an individual Order, the Contract Security Classification Specification, (DD Form 254 or agency equivalent) will be issued to the Contractor by requiring agency. The Contractor is responsible for providing personnel with appropriate security clearances to ensure compliance with Government security regulations, as specified on individual Orders. The Contractor shall fully cooperate on all security checks and investigations by furnishing requested information to verify the Contractor employee's trustworthiness and suitability for the position. Clearances may require Special Background Investigations (SBI), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access or Special Access Programs (SAP), or agency-specific access, such as a Q clearance or clearance for restricted data.
Security Clearances. If governmental regulations require special clearance to obtain access to certain areas where employees are assigned who are within a bargaining unit defined in Article 1, the Company will cooperate with the Union to obtain necessary clearance for two (2) representatives designated by the Union: one (1) for the Puget Sound and Portland Units, and one (1) for the Wichita Unit. If this number is not adequate in view of the workload, the Company and the Union will discuss the possibility of attempting to obtain clearance for additional representatives.

Government security clearance at or above the Secret level, provided that the affected Business Unit’s Security Department will reexamine the cleared status of such individual at regular intervals.
