Security Incidents & Reporting Sample Clauses

The Security Incident(s) Reporting clause requires parties to promptly notify each other when a security breach or incident affecting data or systems occurs. Typically, this clause outlines the timeframe for notification, the information that must be included in the report, and the responsibilities for investigating and mitigating the incident. Its core function is to ensure transparency and enable a coordinated response to security threats, thereby minimizing potential harm and fulfilling legal or contractual obligations.
