Except as provided in Linx’s Reference Form, Linx and its subsidiaries have all the licenses, permits, permissions and authorizations for the opening and operation that are materially necessary to conduct their businesses. There are no material questionings of any kind regarding the license, permit, permission or authorization for the operation of its establishments.

J. Any other activity reasonably required for the normal operation of any high quality office building. As used herein, "supervise" and "supervision" shall also include responsibility for the particular task to the extent the Owner so directs and provides the funds therefor.

Vulnerable Groups and Risk Management Environment, Climate Change and Risk Management Cultural Heritage and Risk Management AP/CAT(2017)2rev for discussion and decision The new proposals for the mainstreaming of disaster risk reduction in other sectors as adopted in the Programme of activities 2018-2019 will be conducted in the following fields: - vulnerable groups and risk management: monitoring the implementation of recommendations on migrants / activities for children; - environment, climate change and risk management: possible collaboration and synergies with the Bern Convention and the Partnership for Environment and Disaster Risk Reduction (PEDRR) Platform; - cultural heritage and risk management: research and recommendations on heritage and community-based approach for risk reduction.
