Security Index Futures Contracts. a. The last trading date specified in the contract and, when available, the closing level, thereof; b. The index level on the date the contract is entered into; c. The multiple; d. Any margin requirements; e. The need for a segregated margin account (in addition to instructions, and if not already in the possession of Custodian, Fund shall deliver a substantially complete and executed custodial safekeeping account and procedural agreement which shall be incorporated by reference into this Custody Agreement); and f. The name and address of the futures commission merchant through whom the sale or purchase was made, or other applicable settlement instructions.
