Common use of Security Inquiries Clause in Contracts

Security Inquiries. CM@Risk acknowledges that all of the employees that it provides pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to background and security checks and screening ("Security Inquiries"). CM@Risk shall perform all such security inquiries and shall make the results available to City for all employees considered for performing work (including supervision and oversight) under this Agreement. City may make further security inquiries. Whether or not further security inquiries are made by City, City may, at its sole, absolute, and unfettered discretion, accept or reject any or all of the employees proposed by CM@Risk for performing work under this Agreement. Employees rejected by City for performing services under this Agreement may still be engaged by CM@Risk for other work not involving the City of Bastrop. An employee rejected for work under this Agreement shall not be proposed to perform work under other City contracts or engagements without City's prior written approval.
