Medical Inquiries. Promptly after the Registrations have been transferred to Buyer, Buyer shall assume all responsibility for all correspondence and communication with physicians and other health care professionals and customers in the applicable Territory relating to the CV Products. After the Closing Date, Buyer and Seller shall work together towards an orderly transition of the responsibility for all correspondence and communication with health care professionals and customers in the applicable Territory relating to the CV Products. Seller shall continue to be responsible for such correspondence and communication under the direction of Buyer until the Registrations have been transferred to Buyer. Buyer shall keep such records and make such reports as shall be reasonably necessary to document such communications in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. After transfer of responsibility to Buyer pursuant to this Article 10, Seller shall, except in the case of medical emergency, refer all questions relating to the CV Products raised by health care professionals and customers to Buyer for its response.
Medical Inquiries. Adolor shall identify to GSK the Person or Persons ----------------- to whom GSK and its Affiliates shall refer all medical questions or inquiries from members of the medical and paramedical professions and consumers regarding the Adolor Products in the United States that GSK and its Affiliates cannot readily answer by reference to the Adolor Product literature. GSK shall identify to Adolor the Person or Persons to whom Adolor and its Affiliates shall refer all medical questions or inquiries from members of the medical and paramedical professions and consumers regarding the GI Product in the United States and the Collaboration Products in the ROW that Adolor and its Affiliates cannot readily answer by reference to the GI Product literature or Collaboration Product literature, as applicable. Each Party shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to refer, and to cause its Affiliates to refer, all such medical questions or inquiries to such identified Person or Persons.
Medical Inquiries. The JCC will establish appropriate procedures for dealing with medical inquiries.
Medical Inquiries. Upon Regulatory Approval, Biogen Idec, at its sole cost, shall handle all medical questions or inquiries from members of the medical profession in the Licensed Territory regarding Licensed Product in the Field. AVEO shall handle all medical questions or inquiries from members of the medical profession regarding the Licensed Product in the Field in the Licensed Territory prior to Regulatory Approval in the Licensed Territory. The costs of such activities shall be treated as Development Costs to be borne by the Parties as specified in Section 5.4. AVEO, at its sole cost, shall handle all medical questions or inquiries from members of the medical profession in the AVEO Territory regarding Licensed Product in the Field.
Medical Inquiries. MGI shall refer to Connetics all medical questions or inquiries relating to the Product directed to MGI or MGI's Sales Force, except that Adverse Event Reports shall be handled as set forth in Section 7.3. MGI's medical inquiry personnel shall instruct individuals who contact MGI or its Sales Force to direct medical inquiries directly to Connetics.
Medical Inquiries. For all medical inquiries, including those related to information outside of labeling or which Zogenix and its Sales Force are unable or not authorized under acceptable promotional guidelines to answer, Zogenix and its Sales Force shall direct such inquiries to Valeant’s Medical Affairs Department. As between the Parties, any responses to such inquiries from patients, medical professionals, or other third parties shall be provided solely by Valeant.
Medical Inquiries. During the Term, LICENSEE will have responsibility for all correspondence with physicians in the Territory relating to the Licensed Product, and for providing information to physicians in response to medical inquiries, all in accordance with LICENSEE’s standard operating procedures and in compliance with applicable Laws and regulations. Council will promptly refer to LICENSEE all medical or patient questions emanating from the Territory relating to the Licensed Product.
Medical Inquiries. The Parties will establish appropriate procedures for dealing with medical inquiries related to Product.
Medical Inquiries. Following the Closing Date, Oscient shall be responsible for handling all medical questions or inquiries in the Territory with regard to the Product and Reliant shall promptly refer any medical questions or inquiries it receives relating to the Product to Oscient in accordance with all applicable Laws.
Medical Inquiries. (a) The parties acknowledge that each may receive requests for medical information concerning the Product from members of the medical and paramedical professions and consumers regarding the Product.
