Security of Bank Accounts. The Manager shall maintain and enforce customary security procedures and safeguards to protect the bank accounts of the Company and its Subsidiaries (maintained in accordance with Section 4.6(a)) from and against access by non- authorized representatives and third parties. The Manager shall take such other actions as are necessary to maintain conformance with industry standard practices to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of the bank accounts of the Company and its Subsidiaries. The Manager shall promptly notify the Members of any breach of the procedures and safeguards set forth in this Section 4.6(c), of which the Manager is aware, that does compromise the security, confidentiality or integrity thereof.

  • Bank Accounts The Custodian shall identify on its books as belonging to the applicable Fund cash (including cash denominated in foreign currencies) deposited with the Custodian. Where the Custodian is unable to maintain, or market practice does not facilitate the maintenance of, cash on the books of the Custodian, a bank account or bank accounts shall be opened and maintained outside the United States on behalf of a Portfolio with a Foreign Sub-Custodian.
