Common use of Security of Covered Entity’s Electronic Protected Health Information Clause in Contracts

Security of Covered Entity’s Electronic Protected Health Information. Business Associate will develop, implement, maintain, and use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Electronic Protected Health Information that Business Associate creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on Covered Entity’s behalf as required by the Security Rule.

Security of Covered Entity’s Electronic Protected Health Information. Business Associate will develop, implement, maintain, comply with the Security Rule and will use appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Electronic Protected Health Information that Business Associate creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on Covered Entity’s behalf as required by the Security Rulebehalf.

Security of Covered Entity’s Electronic Protected Health Information. Business Associate will develop, implement, maintain, comply with the Security Rule and will use appropriate administrative, technical, technical and physical safeguards that reasonably and or appropriately protect the confidentiality, integrity, integrity and availability of Electronic Protected Health Information that Business Associate creates, receives, maintains, maintains or transmits on Covered Entity’s behalf as required by the Security Rulebehalf. Business Associate will make any risk assessment documentation available to Covered Entity upon Covered Entity’s request.

Security of Covered Entity’s Electronic Protected Health Information. Business Associate will develop, implement, maintain, comply with the Security Rule and will use appropriate administrative, technical, technical and physical safeguards that reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Electronic Protected Health Information PHI that Business Associate creates, receives, maintains, maintains or transmits on Covered Entity’s behalf as required by the Security Rulebehalf.

Business Associate will develop, implement, maintain, comply with the Security Rule and will use appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Electronic Protected Health Information that Business Associate creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on Covered Entity's behalf. Business Associate will identify and protect against reasonably anticipated impermissible uses or disclosures of – or threats to the security or integrity of -- Covered Entity’s behalf as required by the Security RuleElectronic Protected Health Information.

Security of Covered Entity’s Electronic Protected Health Information. Business Associate will develop, implement, maintain, and use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Electronic Protected Health Information that Business Associate creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on Covered Entity’s behalf as required by the Security Rule., 45 C.F.R. Part 164, Subpart C. Business Associate shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Security Rule, 45 C.F.R. Part 164, Subpart C.
