Security of Customer Information. The Servicer must comply, and ensure (or as to any such Person that is not an Affiliate of the Servicer, use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure) that each Subservicer and each JDC Contractor engaged by or through it complies, with all applicable Laws regarding the privacy and security of Customer Information.
