Security of Tenure. β 26.01 Security of tenure shall be as set forth in Section 92, of The Public Schools Act. It is agreed that, where a teacher has security of tenure, the intention of the Board to terminate the contract of such a teacher shall be lodged with the Association and the teacher by registered mail.
