Security of Tenure. Just Home Care Packages is responsible for ensuring your security of tenure as outlined in the Aged Care Act 1997. Just Home Care Packages may terminate your Home Care Package if: • You cannot be cared for in the community with the resources available to Just Home Care Packages. • You do not meet your responsibilities as described in Section 7 & 8 of this Agreement. • You do not pay the fees applicable to you or negotiate an alternative payment arrangement. Just Home Care Packages will continue to provide you with support until another suitable Provider is found if this is required for the delivery of your needs. Any variation to this Agreement or the service provided by Just Home Care Packages will be via mutual consent, following consultation.
