We shall not during the course of the tenancy interfere with your right of possession of the property, except: a) except in the circumstances set out in paragraph 2.17 2.16 ‘Access for Repairs and Servicing’ (see page 126) and paragraph 3 ‘Emergency Access’ (see pagepage 9) of the Agreement. You have security of tenure. We can only bring the tenancy to an end by obtaining a court order for possession. The grounds for seeking Possession can be found in paragraph 5.3 ‘Termination by Council’ of this Agreement (see page 9).
