Security of Your Account Information. You, as a customer, are responsible for providing security for your Online Bank account. Passwords must be kept private. You should make sure that no one is physically watching as Passwords are entered. It is important to remember to click “Log Off” after completing your Online Banking session. This will deter unauthorized access to your account if your computer is shared or available to others. You should not leave your computer systems unattended with the browser running and a valid user name and Password cached as anyone can gain access to the account. You should use precautions to keep computers clean and free of viruses that could be used to capture Password keystrokes. You agree to indemnify and release the Bank from any and all liability, and agree not to make any claim against the Bank, or bring any action against the Bank, relating to their honoring or allowing any actions or transactions that were conducted under your User ID and Password subject to applicable rules and regulations.
