Common use of Security Plan Clause in Contracts

Security Plan. If requested by the Contract Manager, Contractor shall prepare a security plan to assure that information obtained from the Agency or as a consequence of the performance of work is not used for any unauthorized purpose or disclosed to unauthorized persons. Contractor shall advise the Agency of any request for disclosure of information or of any actual or potential disclosure of information.
