Registry Data. The Operator acknowledges and agrees that any public registry data is, and shall remain, in the public domain. The Operator must make available to the RIRs upon request:
4.4.1 copies of, or links to, the publicly available text for all processes, performance standards, request templates and other pages used to support operations or provide context to reporting;
4.4.2 a copy of all registry data for IANA Number Registries, including copies of the XX0.XXXX and XX-XXXX.XXXX zone files, in a non-proprietary format;
4.4.3 a copy of all information about open requests and requests in progress in a non- proprietary format;
4.4.4 copies of any published reports and paper records it holds supporting the request histories in a non-proprietary format; and
4.4.5 other non-proprietary information necessary and essential for the provision of the IANA Numbering Services.
Registry Data. The Operator must make available to the RIRs upon request:
4.4.1 copies of, or links to, the publicly available text for all processes, performance standards, request templates and other pages used to support operations or provide context to reporting;
4.4.2 a copy of all registry data for IANA Number Registries, including copies of the XX0.XXXX and XX-XXXX.XXXX zone files, in a non-proprietary format;
4.4.3 a copy of all information about open requests and requests in progress in a non- proprietary format;
4.4.4 copies of any published reports and paper records it holds supporting the request histories in a non-proprietary format;
4.4.5 other non-proprietary information necessary for the provision of the IANA Numbering Services.
Registry Data the vehicle make as recorded by the DMV, the date on which ownership data was recorded, and dates that indicate returned mail or registration non-renewal.
Registry Data. The Operator must make available to the RIRs on an ongoing basis both upon request of the RIRs and periodically (*placeholder for insertion of periodic interval RIRs deem appropriate):
4.4.1 copies of, or links to, the publicly available text for all processes, performance standards, request templates and other pages used to support operations or provide context to reporting;
4.4.2 a copy of all registry data for IANA Number Registries, including a copies of the XX0.XXXX and XX-XXXX.XXXX zone files;
4.4.3 a copy of the databases it has used to store requests data, including ticketing systems and workflow management systems used for IANA Number Registries;
4.4.4 copies of any published reports and paper records it holds supporting these request histories;
4.4.5 any other information necessary for the provision of the IANA Numbering Services. Article 5: Fees3
Registry Data. 12.1 Authoritative nameserver, Zone Files and Registry WHOIS Data
12.1.1 operate the Registry database and access protocol; and
12.1.2 provide the authoritative nameservers, including generating and distributing Zone Files information; and
12.1.3 provide a WHOIS Service and maintain the Registry WHOIS Data, in accordance with the Technical Specification and Published Policies.
Registry Data. The Registry Operator is not entitled to claim any Intellectual Property Rights in the Registry Data.

Registry Data. The Registrar acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) the Registry Data is not proprietary Information;
(b) it is not entitled to claim obligations of confidence in the Registry Data;
(c) it is not entitled to claim any proprietary rights, including Intellectual Property Rights, in the Registry Data;
(d) the Registry Data is collected and stored by the Registrar for the benefit of auDA and the Australian public; and
(e) without reducing the effect of any of the above, if any proprietary rights are held by the Registrar in the Registry Data:
(i) with effect from the date of creation, the Registrar assigns to auDA absolutely and beneficially, the whole of its rights, title and interest including any Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Registry Data;
(ii) the Registrar must, and must ensure that its Personnel, execute all such documents and do all things required by xxXX to give effect to the assignment contained in clause 14.1(e)(i) and/or register all Intellectual Property Rights in the Registry Data in the name of auDA; and
(iii) auDA grants the Registrar a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Registry Data for the sole purpose of performing its obligations under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Registrar may sub-license the rights granted under this clause 14.1(e)(iii) to any Sub-contractor, to the extent necessary for, and for the sole purpose of, the Sub-contractor performing its obligations under this Agreement for and on behalf of a Registrar, pursuant to a Sub-contractor Agreement (as contemplated by clause 22).

Registry Data. Institution, the Investigator, and each Subinvestigator shall, as the same may be required of each of them by Law and the Protocol, timely prepare, document and maintain complete and accurate medical records and shall enter data from such records accurately and in accordance with the Protocol on CRFs. Registry data collected shall be provided to Sponsor via the data storage method established by Sponsor for the Registry.

Zdravotnické zařízení, Zkoušející a každý Spoluzkoušející budou, jak se to může od každého z nich požadovat podle Zákonů a podle Protokolu, včasným způsobem připravovat, evidovat a udržovat kompletní a přesné lékařské záznamy, a budou zadávat data z těchto záznamů přesně a v souladu s Protokolem a formuláři CRF. Údaje shromážděné v Registru budou poskytnuty Zadavateli s použitím metody ukládání dat, kterou Zadavatel pro tento Registr stanovil.
