Common use of Security-Related Programs Clause in Contracts

Security-Related Programs. Seller will comply with all applicable requirements of security- related programs established under or in relation to the World Customs Organization (WCO) Framework of Standards to Secure & Facilitate Global Trade, and will, as applicable, be certified in or participate in such security-related programs. This includes but is not limited to the Customs – Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) programs. Upon Xxxxx’s request, Seller will certify in writing and provide documentary evidence of such compliance and certification or participation.

Upon Xxxxx’s request, Seller will SELLER shall certify in writing and provide documentary evidence requested by ALCON of such compliance and certification or participationcompliance.
