Common use of Security Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Security Responsibilities. Both parties shall:  Maintain a level of security that is commensurate with the risk and magnitude of the harm that could result from the loss, misuse, disclosure, or modification of the information contained on the system with the highest sensitivity levels.  Non-CMS Organization’s responsibilities under this provision are in addition to those specified in Section 6.3.
