Aims and Objectives. 8.1 The aims and objectives of the Agreement are to: • Improve the productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of the operational areas of the SAMFS. • Provide for continuous service improvement. • Ensure ongoing co-operation between the parties. • Provide for wage increases in accordance with Clause 14 of the Agreement. • Provide for the implementation of ongoing reform initiatives.
Aims and Objectives. 2. The Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Ethnic Armed Organizations agree to the following aims and objectives: a. Begin an inclusive political dialogue process based on an agreed framework following the signing and implementation of the nationwide ceasefire, with an aim of achieving just and sustainable peace. b. NATO nations and NATO civil and military bodies shall ensure that the basic principles and minimum standards of security set forth in this C-M are applied to safeguard classified information from loss of confidentiality, integrity and availability. 2.2. (c) provide for continuous workplace transformation with the objective of continuous service improvement; (d) improve the delivery of education to children and young people in the public education system; (e) continue to implement initiatives that support appropriate workforce flexibility, mobility, development and performance; (f) facilitate flexible working hours to enable employees to balance their work and other responsibilities whilst at the same time enabling sites to meet the needs of students and services; (g) identify and develop strategies to ensure effective consultation and communication throughout DECD; (h) develop strategies to deliver efficiencies to the employer that have regard to training and development opportunities for employees; (i) identify and implement strategies to create safer working environments which will contribute to reductions in work injuries; (j) ensure an ongoing stable industrial relations framework at the system, school and preschool level that assists sites to improve efficiency and performance; and (k) ensure ongoing cooperation between the parties to achieve improvements in work health and safety performance.

Needle syringe provision and harm reduction initiatives are developed within a wider approach that advocates the following aims: ● Reduce the potential xxxxx associated with active injecting drug use by providing sterile equipment. ● Reduce the prevalence of Blood Borne Viruses (BBV) and infections associated with injecting drug users and the local communities. ● Increase treatment knowledge of injecting drug users not currently engaged with treatment services. ● To maximise the access and retention of all service users, especially the highly socially excluded. ● To contribute to the reduction of drug-related deaths among injecting drug users. ● To reduce the rate of sharing and other high risk injecting behaviours. ● Reduce the cost of primary and secondary care caused by injecting drug use. It is expected that all needle syringe provision transactions will take place within the context of offering a user-friendly, non-judgemental, service user-centred and confidential harm reduction focused service.

Aims and Objectives. The HIF recognises that there remains a challenge in ensuring our grantees know what success looks like and are able to measure it, and how successful innovation can be practically achieved across the humanitarian sector. While the HIF’s technical expertise is growing in addressing this area, we recognise the need to seek partnerships with external actors, and are keen to explore how we can do so in strategic ways, which will ensure efficient and on-demand support can be delivered to projects. To this end, the HIF seeks to tender for a strategic research partner to support the design and delivery of research support to funded projects for demonstrating robust methods for measuring the performance of innovations. To this end, the strategic research partner will provide technical support to HIF funded projects with the aim of strengthening methods for measuring the performance of innovations. The institution or institutional consortia partner in question should be capable of:  Contributing ongoing technical methodological expertise to support HIF grantees to gather strong evidence on the performance of their specific innovations.  Developing new mechanisms and guidance for conducting ethical and robust operational research around innovation.  Documenting and sharing learnings from these processes in order to contribute to the wider innovation management literature.
