NATO Civil Bodies. 7.6.1. The NATO International Staff and NATO civil agencies are responsible to the NAC for the maintenance of security within their establishment. This includes responsibility for ensuring that a security organisation is set up, that security programmes are devised and executed in accordance with NATO Security Policy and that the security measures are inspected periodically at each command level. In cases of organisations holding COSMIC TOP SECRET (CTS) or ATOMAL May 2013 Amdt. no 10 NATO UNCLASSIFIED PUBLIQUE information, security inspections are to be made at least every 24 months, unless, during that period, an inspection has been carried out by the NOS.

  • Civil Actions Except when the Joint Committee established under Article 28 considers that there has been flagrant or wilful negligence on the part of an employee, the Employer agrees not to seek indemnity against an employee whose actions result in a judgement against the Employer. The Employer agrees to pay any judgement against an employee arising out of the performance of their duties. The Employer also agrees to pay any legal costs incurred in the proceedings including those of the employee.

  • Civil Fines Pursuant to Health & Safety Code §25249.7(b), and in settlement of all claims alleged in the notice, the Settling Entity agrees to pay a total of $1,600 in civil fines.   • Disputes between the Contracting Parties 1. Any dispute between the Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall, as far as possible, be settled through negotiation.

  • Contractor’s Xxxxxxxx to City Compensation. The Contractor shall send invoices to the City on a monthly or bi-monthly basis for the amounts to be paid pursuant to this contract. Each invoice shall document, to the reasonable satisfaction of the City: such information as may be reasonably requested by the City. Within 60 days after the City receives an invoice, the City shall send the Contractor a check in payment for all undisputed amounts contained in the invoice.

  • Settlement of Disputes between the Contracting Parties 1. Disputes between the Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement should, if possible, be settled through diplomatic channels.

  • Competent Authorities The Parties shall inform each other about the structure, organisation and division of competences of their competent authorities during the first meeting of the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Sub-Committee referred to in Article 65 of this Agreement ("SPS Sub-Committee"). The Parties shall inform each other of any change of the structure, organisation and division of competences, including of the contact points, concerning such competent authorities.

  • Benefit to Citizens of Xxxxxxx County The safety of the citizens of Xxxxxxx County is enhanced through this Agreement, which promotes safe boating conditions and reduces costs associated with patrols of recreational waterways.
