Security Trustee Fees. In consideration of the Security Trustee’s performance of the services provided for under this Agreement, the FAA Security Documents and the other Security Documents, the Issuer shall pay to the Security Trustee an annual fee set forth under a separate agreement between the Issuer and the Security Trustee in accordance with Article III of the Indenture.
