Common use of Seizure, etc Clause in Contracts

Seizure, etc. The Borrower, any Restricted Subsidiary, or any Obligor, or any of their properties, revenues, or assets aggregating $1,000,000 or greater, shall become the subject of an order of forfeiture, seizure, or divestiture (whether under RICO or otherwise) and the same shall not have been discharged (or provisions shall not be made for such discharge) within 30 days from the date of entry thereof.
