Common use of Selection of Consultant for Clause in Contracts

Selection of Consultant for. a specific Project is at the sole discretion of the Judicial Council. The Judicial Council will make efforts to award a fair share of the Services to Consultant based on, without limitation, Consultant’s qualifications, specific expertise, proposed costs for the Project, knowledge of and involvement with specific systems and/or facilities for the Project, prior performance on other Projects, and those other factors that the Judicial Council may deem pertinent for the Project.
