Term of Consultancy. Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing on the Effective Date and ending 6 months from the Effective Date unless terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreement.
Term of Consultancy. Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing November 7, 1996 and ending on January 2, 1998.

The parties may extend the Term of Consultancy in writing at the end of the 3 month term on a month to month basis.

Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company for a period commencing on October 15, 2014 (the “Commencement Date”) and ending on June 15, 2015 (such period, the “Term”).
Term of Consultancy. (a) Unless sooner terminated as elsewhere provided in this Agreement, the initial term (the “Initial Term”) of the retention of Consultant by the Company under this Agreement shall commence as of the date of this Agreement and shall terminate as of the close of business on May 24, 2013.
