Selection of Cooperating Agency. If AP resides outside of Oregon or a state served by a Xxxx branch office, AP must select and con- tract with a cooperating agency from a list provided by Xxxx or otherwise approved by Xxxx. Xxxx’x approval or listing of any particular cooperating agency does not constitute an endorsement by Xxxx of that cooperating agency or any warranty by Xxxx of the services performed by that cooperat- ing agency. Refusal or failure of AP to select and work with a Cooperating Agency acceptable to Xxxx shall constitute grounds for immediate termina- tion of this agreement by Xxxx.

Selection of Cooperating Agency. When services are to be provided by a cooperating agency, AGCI requires AP to select and contract with a cooperating agency from a list provided by AGCI. In any event, AP must select a cooperating agency licensed in the state where AP resides, and willing to sign the documents and agreements required by the sending country chosen by AP. AGCI’s approval or listing of any particular cooperating agency does not constitute an endorsement by AGCI of that cooperating agency or any warranty by AGCI of the services performed by that cooperating agency.
