Selection of Exchange Candidates. Each exchange student will be selected according to procedures established by the home institution, but each institution agrees to provide applications, transcripts, and other relevant materials for each student selected. The host institution reserves the right to approve all applications.

Selection of Exchange Candidates. During the first semester of the academic year, each interested group, through appropriate institution officials, will submit the names of one or more faculty members to teach and participate in research during the following academic year in the other institution, provided that suitable candidates are available and are willing to accept assignment. 1 – 2 candidates per year submitted by one institution to the other must be accepted and agreed upon by the host institution. All appointments and leaves of absence by personnel are subject to the normal approval procedures by appropriate officials within the candidate’s institution.

The testing must be performed in a facility that is: • accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks or its successors; and • licensed under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act as it may be amended from time to time. At the time of testing, the person being tested must complete and sign an informed consent form that also authorizes the results of the test to be used for participation in the National Marrow Donor program.

  • Selection of Arbitrators 1. Unless the disputing parties otherwise agree, the tribunal shall comprise three arbitrators:

  • Provider Selection To the extent applicable to Provider in performance of the Agreement, Provider shall comply with 42 CFR 438.214, as may be amended from time to time, which includes, but is not limited to the selection and retention of providers, credentialing and recredentialing requirements and nondiscrimination. If Subcontractor and/or Health Plan delegate credentialing to Provider, Subcontractor and/or Health Plan will provide monitoring and oversight and Provider shall ensure that all licensed medical professionals are credentialed in accordance with Health Plan’s and the State Contract’s credentialing requirements.

  • Reformulation of Products As of the Effective Date, and continuing thereafter, Products that Xxxxx directly manufactures, imports, distributes, sells, or offers for sale in California shall either: (a) be Reformulated Products pursuant to § 2.2, below; or (b) be labeled with a clear and reasonable exposure warning pursuant to §§ 2.3 and 2.4, below. For purposes of this Settlement Agreement, a “Reformulated Product” is a Product that is in compliance with the standard set forth in § 2.2, below. The warning requirement set forth in §§ 2.3 and 2.4 shall not apply to any Reformulated Product.

These are: the merit of the sabbatical project, the applicant’s current and previous contributions to the College community, the proposal’s relevancy to the College’s Strategic Plan and whether or not the applicant has had a previous sabbatical. In instances where these criteria are equal, seniority shall be the determining factor.
