Other Relevant Materials Clause Samples
The "Other Relevant Materials" clause defines the inclusion or consideration of additional documents, information, or resources that are pertinent to the agreement but not explicitly listed within the main contract. This clause typically allows parties to reference external materials such as technical specifications, guidelines, or industry standards that may impact the interpretation or execution of the contract. Its core practical function is to ensure that all necessary and related information is acknowledged and can be relied upon, thereby reducing ambiguity and supporting comprehensive understanding between the parties.
