Common use of Selection of Livestock Clause in Contracts

Selection of Livestock. The Member may specify the age, breed, size and other characteristics of the Livestock the Member wants the Association to supply, provided that the Member may only request Livestock which are to be grown and/or finished for market, and not Livestock to be used for breeding purposes or Livestock that are otherwise not acceptable to the Association.
