Common use of Selection of Products and Services Clause in Contracts

Selection of Products and Services. The Credit Union shall at all times retain the right to modify its products and services in the sole and absolute discretion of the Credit Union, and to offer certain targeted products and services only to certain selected portions of the Credit Union membership to whom such products and services are deemed appropriate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Credit Union member may apply for any Credit Union product or service at any time. Additionally, in the event that a particular product or service is discontinued by the Credit Union, the Credit Union also reserves the right to provide a replacement product or service that in the judgment of the Credit Union most closely matches the discontinued product or service.
