Selection of Registrars. Registry Operator will select ICANN accredited registrar(s) that wish to enter into an agreement with Registry Operator to register TLD domain names. As part of the selection process, Registry Operator will evaluate each registrar on a case-‐by-‐case basis, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, weighing the following characteristics:
