When the Carrier is provisioning the 911 trunks, the Carrier will be charged a monthly recurring and one-time selective router port charge per trunk to establish the connection to each applicable SR that provides connectivity for incoming 911 trunks to enable Carrier access to the Emergency Services network. Notwithstanding references to VNXX traffic in this section, the parties recognize that the Oregon PUC currently prohibits VNXX arrangements except as provided by PUC Order No. 07-098. As such, except as provided by PUC Order No. 07-098, the parties will not knowingly provide VNXX service in Oregon or knowingly aid the other party in providing VNXX service in Oregon.

The SR Trunk Port is billed recurring and nonrecurring rates per port at the rates found in Table 1. Notwithstanding references to VNXX traffic in this section, the parties recognize that the Oregon PUC currently prohibits VNXX arrangements except as provided by PUC Order No. 07-098. As such, except as provided by PUC Order No. 07-098, the parties will not knowingly provide VNXX service in Oregon or knowingly aid the other party in providing VNXX service in Oregon.
