Self-Development Sample Clauses
The Self-Development clause outlines the rights and obligations of a party to independently develop products, services, or technologies similar to those discussed or provided under an agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies that neither party is restricted from pursuing their own research, development, or business activities, even if these activities are competitive or overlap with the subject matter of the contract.
