Self-Insurance Approval. As set forth in Section 6.1(d) above, the County self- insures for certain types of claims. If, at the time of execution of this Facilities Agreement, the County self-insures or at any time hereafter desires to self-insure to the extent permitted by law other than as described in Section 6.1(d) above, the entry into such self-insurance program shall require the written approval of the Corporation.
