Self-regulatory Organisations. When a Party requires membership of, participation in, or access to, any self-regulatory organization in order for financial service suppliers of the other Party to supply financial services in or into the territory of the first Party, the Party shall ensure observance of the obligations under Articles 2.3 (National Treatment) and 2.4 (Most Favored Nation Treatment) as well as 3.3 (National Treatment) [and 3.4 (Most Favored Nation Treatment)].
