Self-Serve Integrations Sample Clauses

Self-Serve Integrations. | If Customer chooses to use or connect a Third-Party Application with the Subscription Service (“Self-Serve Integration”) through the use of the Developer API, Customer grants Cutover permission and all necessary rights to allow the Third- Party Application and the relevant Customer Provider to access Customer Data and any applicable information about Customer’s use of the Third-Party Application as required for the interoperation of the Third-Party Application with the Subscription Service. Implementation and/or use of each Self-Serve Integration by Customer via the Developer API is subject to the applicable terms of Schedule 5 (Developer API Terms) and otherwise the terms of this Agreement.

  • Integration The Company shall not sell, offer for sale or solicit offers to buy or otherwise negotiate in respect of any security (as defined in Section 2 of the Securities Act) that would be integrated with the offer or sale of the Securities for purposes of the rules and regulations of any Trading Market such that it would require shareholder approval prior to the closing of such other transaction unless shareholder approval is obtained before the closing of such subsequent transaction.
