Common use of Seller Corporate Reorganization Clause in Contracts

Seller Corporate Reorganization. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Seller shall be permitted to assign this Agreement and the rights and obligations hereunder in respect of the MABA ‘081 Royalty Interest, in whole or in part, without Purchaser’s consent, to a Third Party pursuant to the Seller Corporate Reorganization.
