Seller Employees Requiring Common Access Card (CAC). Before CAC issuance, the Seller employee requires, at a minimum, a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) or an equivalent or higher investigation in accordance with Army Directive 2014-05.
