Seller Expense. Seller shall, at its own expense, make all arrangements necessary to interconnect the Bid Facility with a transmission or distribution system and to comply with the Delivery Requirement. This requirement encompasses Seller’s purchasing or arranging for all services including without limitation transmission, ancillary services, any control area services, line losses and transaction fees necessary to deliver energy to the New York Control Area, in accordance with all rules and protocols of the NYISO, throughout the Contract Delivery Term.
