Seller’s Account. The Buyer will pay, from bank accounts within the United States, the Predelivery Payments, the Balance of the Final Price and any other amount due hereunder at the relevant times required by the Agreement and in immediately available funds in United States dollars to: Beneficiary Name: ***** Account Identification: ***** with: ***** SWIFT: ***** ABA: ***** ***** or to such other account as may be designated by the Seller in written notice to Buyer at least two Business Days prior to the date such payment is due.
