Common use of Sellers' Certificates Clause in Contracts

Sellers' Certificates. The Sellers shall have delivered to Purchaser (i) certificates, dated the Closing Date and executed by an executive officer of the Company, substantially in the form and to the effect of Exhibit B hereto and (ii) certificates, dated the Closing Date and executed by the chief financial officer of the Company, substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto.

Sellers' Certificates. The Sellers Seller shall have delivered to Purchaser (i) certificatesa certificate, dated the Closing Date and executed by an executive officer in the name and on behalf of the CompanySeller, substantially in the form and to the effect of Exhibit B hereto and (ii) certificates, dated the Closing Date and executed by the chief financial officer of the Company, substantially in the form of Exhibit C D hereto.

Sellers' Certificates. The Sellers shall have delivered to Purchaser (i) certificates, dated the Closing Date and executed by an executive officer of the Company, substantially in the form and to the effect of Exhibit B B-1 hereto and (ii) certificates, dated the Closing Date and executed by the chief financial officer of the Company, substantially in the form of Exhibit C B-2 hereto.

The Sellers Seller shall have delivered to Purchaser (i) certificates, dated the Closing Date and executed by an executive officer of the each Acquired Company, substantially in the form and to the effect of Exhibit B hereto and (ii) certificates, dated the Closing Date and executed by the chief financial officer of the each Acquired Company, substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto.
