Common use of Sellers' Certificates Clause in Contracts

Sellers' Certificates. Purchaser shall have received a certificate from Seller, in form and substance satisfactory to Purchaser, dated the Closing Date, and signed by Seller’s President, certifying as to the matters set forth in Sections 7.1 and 7.2.

Sellers' Certificates. Purchaser shall have received a certificate from Seller, in form and substance satisfactory to Purchaser, dated as of the Closing Date, and signed Date executed by Seller’s President, an authorized officer of Seller certifying as to the matters fulfillment and satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Sections 7.1 and 7.2.

Sellers' Certificates. Purchaser shall have received a certificate from (the “Sellers’ Closing Certificate”) jointly executed by an authorized officer of each Seller, in form and substance satisfactory to Purchaser, dated as of the Closing Date, and signed by Seller’s President, certifying as to the matters effect that the conditions set forth in Sections 7.1 6.1, 6.2 and 7.26.3 hereof have been satisfied.

Sellers' Certificates. Purchaser Buyer shall have received a certificate from each Seller, dated as of the Closing Date, reasonably satisfactory in form and substance satisfactory to Purchaser, dated the Closing Date, Buyer and signed by Seller’s Presidentits counsel, certifying as to the matters set forth specified in Sections 7.1 Section 10.1 and 7.2Section 10.2 hereof.

Sellers' Certificates. Purchaser shall Buyer will have received a certificate from each Seller, in form and substance satisfactory to Purchaser, dated the Closing Date, and signed by such Seller’s President, certifying as to such Seller’s satisfaction of the matters set forth conditions specified in Sections 7.1 7.2.1(b), and 7.27.2.2.
